58' Plymouth Wagon

The early Plymouth wagons were called "woodies" because of their construction--some were
called depot hacks. Mostly they were just called station wagons. It's a name that stuck,
nothing exciting, just a good, plain descriptive title for a multi-passenger, cargo
carrying motor vehicle.

Like their sedan and convertible counterparts, Plymouth station wagons featured quad
headlights and soaring fins. The growing station wagon market prompted Plymouth to offer
three different versions for 1958; a four-door with seating for nine, a four-door that
sat six and the attractively priced two-door.

This 1958 Plymouth Sport Suburban Wagon has the Standard 318 Cu. In.
V8 Engine, fully automatic 3 speed Push-button transmission , Power Steering,
Power Brakes, AM Radio, Heater and white wall tires.

The Iceburg White with aluminum Sportone Insert exterior shows extremely well as does
the two-tone black and white interior. This Sport Suburban Wagon runs and drives
great, a classic motoring feel. Overall this classic Plymouth is in good condition,
solid throughout.
