Nash's first car came in 1918, designed by Erik Wahlberg, whom Nash had hired away
from the Oakland car division of GM. It was a very handsome and well-received
medium-priced car. In 1918, the four-wheel-drive Nash Quad truck was introduced
and Nash became the world's largest truck maker.
Nash had been one of the premier names in automobiles, with high powered luxury
models that were near the top of a class of cars that included the likes of Packard,
Pierce-Arrow, Studebaker and Duesenberg.
The 1957 Nash Ambassador and Hudson Hornet lost their Packard engine and transmission,
but gained a larger version of the new AMC V8. This had an inch larger bore than
the 250 for a displacement of 327 cubic inches.

This example is finished in a gorgeous two-tone Pink & White, with a matching vinyl
interior. The engine is a 327 cu in V-8 with factory Column Shift transmission.
Overall the car runs and drives extremely well. A timeless classic with a great investment value.
