03' Chevrolet SSR

The Chevrolet SSR originally debuted as a concept vehicle at the 2000 North American
International Auto Show. After receiving so much praise and interest from consumers and
critics alike, the SSR was given the greenlight for production.

The Chevy SSR combines the open air of a sports roadster with a pickup bed. A retractable
hardtop
- which remains in the production version - makes it a practical street machine.
The two-piece power retractable hardtop stows vertically between the seat and the rear
storage bed.

GM's midsize-SUV foundation also donates its all-aluminum 5.3-liter Vortec V-8 backed by
a four-speed automatic transmission. The engine's stock output is 290 horsepower, but the
SSR's less-restrictive intake and burbling dual-exhaust system bring horsepower to an
even 300, and the SSR's is rear drive only.

Stunning Yellow 2003 Chevrolet SSR. This convertible roadster/pickup features
large, flared fenders, a sculpted hood, power-retractable hardtop and bold stance. Power comes
from a 5.3L small-block V-8 and drives the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.
The SSR comes equipped with 19-inch front and 20-inch rear tires and wheels giving it the sporty
street machine appearance. Vehicle comes loaded with all the Power Options, with the addition of
side running boards. A solid low milage example, fun to drive, open-air driving experience Pickup!
